insomnia

can’t sleep.  side effect of overloading melatonin the night prior.  passed out around 7, then woke up around 11:30 – dosed again, slept at 1, woke up at 5.  been up ever since.

but I feel okay, felt okay since I woke up.

my heart goes out to those who work at night.  sleep is really important, you know.  even if it’s not a solid stretch of hours, polyphasic sleep can do you good if done correctly. 

feels more natural, anyway.
