incompatibility

given how unique we all are, it stands to reason that certain people just won’t get along in a certain time frame.

as for myself, I am quite bad when it comes to money management.  at least, i think.  and bad with cars.  would run one right into the ground.  excellent with computers, though!

cleanliness.  organized, sort of, but not exactly… clean.  lel.  dat military life.  i call it being… rugged.  idk.

somewhat disorganized.  paranoid as hell (for good cause.)  and countless other variables that, if explored, would turn you and me off from reading this blog.

And then there’s the topic of faith… which I find hard to express in words.  It’s a very heartfelt, intuitive thing.  I seldom have regrets following my heart…

I can’t really speak for other people.  So I’ll speak for myself.  I’m not an easy person for some to live with.  As well intentioned as we may be, sometimes it just won’t work out.

And you know what?  That’s okay.

I once entered a mode of self-preservation in which I treated people in a certain way to maintain my sanity.  Now I get to bear witness of how it feels to be on the receiving end, and… while it kinda sucks on a purely subjective level, having once been there and understanding the why of it all allows me to really appreciate the person even more.  That they’re finally taking care of themselves instead of just being accommodating and people-pleasing at the expense of one’s own happiness.
